Excellent customer service the few times I've needed it. Never down. Excellent value. Offer lots of nice addons (Scripts, software packages, etc.) Does get very slow occasionally. Just added new server farm - hope that helps.

I've been with hostmonster for about 2 years. Recently my sites have been down for quite a bit, usually in the morning. In my opinion, this is unacceptable if you're trying to grow a business of some sort. Customer support is at least reasonable and the people are very courteous there. If I keep experiencing those down time for another week, I'll seriously consider taking my business elsewhere.
