We thought they were
good. Used for
about a year. Price
was right. Came
recommended. We
were up until they
upgraded their
servers. That was
last Friday.
Tonight is Wednesday
night, and after
repeated calls to
tech support
beginning last
Friday, our website
is still down, and
assurances that it
will be corrected
and everyone is
working diligently
on our problem. We
ask when it will be
fixed. No one can
provide any answers.
Who knows? Maybe
more days, weeks?
But no one in tech
support can talk to
anyone who can
provide answers or
solutions. If you
